Job Summary:

The role of Manufacturing Engineer at SRG requires a highly skilled and experienced professional to support the company's business needs by developing new and improved manufacturing processes, tooling, and concepts. The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing existing product design and manufacturing processes, identifying improvement opportunities, and proposing, implementing, and monitoring optimization solutions to deliver superior quality at reduced cost.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement new manufacturing processes and tooling to improve efficiency and reduce costs
  • Review and optimize existing product design and manufacturing processes to improve quality and reduce waste
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements
  • Conduct cost-benefit analyses and make recommendations for process improvements
  • Develop and maintain manufacturing documentation, including procedures and SOPs
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
  • Provide training and support to production staff on new processes and procedures

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering or a related field
  • At least 2 years of experience in manufacturing or a related field
  • Experience with Lean and 6σ methodologies
  • Experience with New Product Introduction/Development
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and statistical analysis software
