Kia Europe is a leading automotive brand offering a wide range of models across multiple vehicle segments. As a Compliance and Governance Specialist, you will be part of a newly established department within Kia Europe, supporting the integration of regulatory requirements and internal policies.

The Role

  • Set up and maintain contract management systems to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Assist with GDPR data subject rights and support the review and update of company policies and legal agreement templates.
  • Support colleagues in wider business with project work and assist with compliance audits.

  • Collaborative and logical with good organisational skills.
  • Disciplined and resilient with an open attitude to learning and adapting.
