Job Title: Energy Efficiency Administrator

Job Summary:

The Energy Efficiency Administrator will play a crucial role in supporting the business unit to ensure compliance with regulations and industry guidance. This position will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Operational and Planning Teams, primarily focusing on producing utility drawings and other duties as instructed by the line manager.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receiving and logging utility drawing requests
  • Requesting and downloading utility drawing information through online portals or email
  • Preparing, printing, and binding utility drawing packs or emailing them
  • Filing relevant documentation associated with each client project
  • Liaising with Utility Providers to maintain logins and access to online portals
  • Contacting Supervisors/Project Managers/Operational staff to confirm accuracy and content
  • Providing monthly updates on numbers and performance toward KPIs
  • Liaising with Project Managers and Site Agents to ensure packs are up to date
  • Supporting Management, Planners, and Coordinators with other relevant duties and requests

Requirements:

  • Training will be provided in role-specific software
  • A sound knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Internet searches
