Key Requirements

To join our team, you will need to have inspirational leadership skills with a passion for person-centred care. A successful track record of developing and motivating teams to deliver outstanding care is essential, as is excellent organisational and management skills. Experience in care home management, marketing, and occupancy, as well as a strong understanding of safeguarding, CQC, and compliance guidelines, is also required.
