Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced White Goods Engineer/Manager to join our team as a Training Professional. This role involves delivering high-quality training to Pacifica employees, franchisees, and partners. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and experience in developing and facilitating training courses.

The successful candidate will work closely with the Training Manager to design and implement training plans, promote a positive safety culture, and maintain training materials. A strong desire to develop others and a fresh approach to training and development are essential for this role.

Responsibilities
  • Design and implement training plans to meet the needs of Pacifica's engineers and trainees
  • Promote a positive safety culture within the organization
  • Deliver in-house training programs, develop courses specific to services, and source external training requirements
  • Maintain and update training materials
  • Build strong relationships with colleagues to identify training needs and implement solutions
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of White Goods repair engineering experience, with up-to-date knowledge of fault diagnosis and repair of washing machines, tumble dryers, dishwashers, refrigeration, and cookers
  • CCN1 and CKR1 ACS Qualifications are advantageous but not essential
  • UK Full Manual Driving Licence
  • Reliable and conscientious individual with excellent people skills
  • Strong desire to develop and facilitate training courses
  • Experience in coaching, mentoring, and developing others in a complex environment preferred
