Job Summary:

Clinique is seeking a highly motivated and passionate Beauty Expert to join our team. As a Beauty Expert, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, creating personalized skincare routines, and selling our market-leading products across skincare, makeup, and fragrance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide inspirational and authentic customer service to create a unique and memorable shopping experience
  • Develop a deep understanding of our products and services to confidently recommend custom-fit routines to clients
  • Maintain a visually appealing shopping environment by adhering to high standards of visual merchandising
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales targets and drive business growth
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest beauty trends and product launches to provide expert advice to clients

Requirements:

  • Passion for beauty and customer service
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
  • Previous retail industry experience is beneficial
  • Proof of right to live and work in the country
