Job Title: Mobile Air Conditioning Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Mobile Air Conditioning Specialist to join our team in Lincolnshire, working across a range of commercial and public sector clients.

The successful candidate will execute Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) as per specifications, documenting work in real-time. Maintain adequate spare parts for maintenance tasks.

  • Conduct Point of Work Risk Assessments before starting tasks.
  • Follow Method Statements and Risk Assessments for safety.
  • Engage in mandatory and skill-related training.
  • Foster positive relationships with staff, subcontractors, and clients.
  • Supervise subcontractors and ensure contractual compliance.
  • Respond to equipment breakdowns outside normal hours and participate in the on-call rota.
  • Perform additional tasks as directed by the contract manager.

Recognised industry qualification and relevant experience required. Full, clean driver's license required. Awareness of Legionella and Asbestos (training provided if necessary). Physically fit and fluent in written and spoken English. Availability for out-of-hours standby rota participation.
