We are seeking a diligent and enthusiastic Junior Server to join our dynamic team. As a vital component of the service staff, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless operations and contributing to the overall excellence of our dining experience. If you possess a passion for hospitality, a keen eye for detail, and a commitment to delivering outstanding service, we invite you to become an integral part of our restaurant's success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To ensure the timely and accurate delivery of dishes from the kitchen to the appropriate tables.
  • To collaborate with servers, kitchen staff, and other team members to maintain a smooth workflow.
  • To assist in the setup and breakdown of tables, guaranteeing they are immaculately arranged.
  • To monitor and replenish supplies as needed, contributing to a well-prepared and organized dining area.
  • To provide support to the service team, responding to requests and contributing to a positive guest experience.
  • To uphold the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation in the dining area.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a restaurant environment is advantageous but not required.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of service.

Salary: £22,000 - £25,000 per annum, depending on experience.
