Administrative Assistant Opportunity

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to provide support to our client's Management Team and existing administrative team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to management and care teams, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
  • Assist with recruitment tasks, including collecting and verifying references, and screening application forms.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, both electronically and in paper form.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence promptly and professionally.
  • Utilize DocuSign for managing documents and obtaining electronic signatures.
  • Manage schedules, appointments, and bookings.
  • Assist in preparing reports and documentation.
  • Oversee office supplies and equipment.
  • Provide support for additional administrative tasks as required.
  • Maintain accurate safeguarding records and ensure appropriate communication with relevant managers.
Requirements:
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
  • Experience with DocuSign or similar document management software.
  • Experience in a school setting is an asset.
