Job Title: Field Care Supervisor

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Field Care Supervisor to join our Bristol branch. As a Field Care Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the delivery of exceptional care services to our clients. You will work closely with our Field Care Manager and Branch Manager to implement systems that meet legislative standards and company policies.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct domiciliary care risk and manual handling assessments for new clients to ensure their safety and well-being.
  • Develop and maintain a quality assurance management system to monitor and improve care services.
  • Provide direct supervision to domiciliary care workers, ensuring they meet the changing needs of clients.
  • Assist in the delivery of a care assistants' development and training program to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Participate in an on-call roster to provide cover for unplanned absences and maintain the service.

Requirements:

  • Experience of supervising others in a healthcare setting.
  • Excellent assessment skills and ability to communicate effectively.
  • Valid UK driving license and access to a car (or alternative travel arrangements).
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively.
