Cigna Global is a leading provider of group healthcare and wellbeing programmes for employees of multinational organisations.
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and driven individual to join our Premium Billing team as a Financial Operations Coordinator.
This role involves managing a portfolio of clients, ensuring timely and accurate issuing of invoices, and investigating any issues. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, excellent written/verbal communication skills, and 1-2 years invoicing/billing/administration experience.
The successful candidate will receive a salary of approximately $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
The role is full-time, permanent with a hybrid working model after training.
- Review and set up groups within our administration and billing system
- Invoice clients in accordance with the agreed billing frequency
- Engage with clients to build relationships and educate
- Investigate any queries with invoices, working across departments
We value customer-centricity and teamwork, so this role would be ideal for someone who is proactive, has excellent problem-solving abilities, and can work under pressure.
