Cigna Global is a leading provider of group healthcare and wellbeing programmes for employees of multinational organisations.

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and driven individual to join our Premium Billing team as a Financial Operations Coordinator.

This role involves managing a portfolio of clients, ensuring timely and accurate issuing of invoices, and investigating any issues. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, excellent written/verbal communication skills, and 1-2 years invoicing/billing/administration experience.

The successful candidate will receive a salary of approximately $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.

The role is full-time, permanent with a hybrid working model after training.

  1. Review and set up groups within our administration and billing system
  2. Invoice clients in accordance with the agreed billing frequency
  3. Engage with clients to build relationships and educate
  4. Investigate any queries with invoices, working across departments

We value customer-centricity and teamwork, so this role would be ideal for someone who is proactive, has excellent problem-solving abilities, and can work under pressure.
