Key Responsibilities:- Support the class teacher in planning and delivering engaging activities for young children.
- Assist in creating a safe, welcoming, and stimulating environment for all children.
- Encourage social, emotional, and educational development through play and structured activities.
- Observe and record children's progress and provide feedback to parents and colleagues.
- Ensure the health, safety, and well-being of the children at all times.
- Assist with classroom management and behaviour support.
- Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and continuous professional development opportunities.
- Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education or equivalent.
- Proven experience working with young children in a nursery or school setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A patient, caring, and enthusiastic attitude.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
