Deal Structuring Operations Director, Mid-Market Private Equity Investor, London, UK

We are seeking a seasoned Deal Structuring Operations Director to join our client, a European mid-market private equity firm. The successful candidate will report to the CFO and support them in the structuring of new investments across the UK and Europe.
Responsibilities include:
- Maintaining and updating operational systems to ensure accurate data for investment monitoring and reporting purposes.
- Reviewing draft legal documentation from an operational perspective prior to execution to ensure operational requirements are in line with best practice.
- Supporting the CFO in the structuring of new investments.
The ideal candidate will have experience in a consulting or private markets structuring team and a strong understanding of structuring processes and compliance operations. They must be quality-driven and structured with attention to detail, yet service-minded with a 'can do' attitude.'
