Social Work Practice Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Social Work Practice Lead to join our team at Ashberry Recruitment. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of professional practitioners to deliver high-quality adult safeguarding services to the Manchester community.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide expert advice and guidance to managers and practitioners on all aspects of adult safeguarding.
- Lead and manage a team of professional practitioners to develop a skilled and confident workforce.
- Work collaboratively with partners and stakeholders to develop effective partnerships and coordinated working.
- Ensure the safe delivery of care and support functions, and the provision of a high-quality standard of service.
- Proven experience in adult safeguarding and leadership roles.
- Strong knowledge of adult safeguarding policies and procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with partners and stakeholders.
