About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Site Supervisor to join our team at Eclipse Recruitment. Key Responsibilities
  • Manage multiple electrical installation projects, ensuring they are completed on schedule and within budget.
  • Supervise a team of electricians, providing guidance and support to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to complete projects successfully.
  • Conduct site visits to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and implement solutions.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and colleagues to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards.
Requirements
  • SSSTS (Site Supervisor Safety Training Scheme) certification or equivalent.
  • Proven experience in electrical project management, with a strong track record of delivering successful projects.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach to work.
