Job Title: Hardware Product Sales Specialist

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Hardware Product Sales Specialist to join our Trading team at The Channel Recruiter Ltd. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for selling a defined product set to a variety of brokers and channel customers to generate margin.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, identifying new business opportunities and upselling products to meet their needs.
  • Proactively call potential customers to build a working relationship and meet customer requests.
  • Log all activity into our CRM system to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
  • Utilize various resources to obtain new business and grow existing relationships, including phone, email, and messaging.
  • Collaborate with other teams, including logistics, warehousing, finance, engineering, and HR, to ensure seamless execution of sales activities.
  • Provide weekly reporting on sales performance and progress.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in hardware sales, preferably in an IT distribution or reseller environment.
  • Strong understanding of the IT sales industry and ability to navigate complex sales processes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
