We are currently seeking an experienced Quantitative Analyst to join our Equities team at TP ICAP Group. As a key member of this team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing advanced trading algorithms for European equity markets, working closely with our sales and trading teams to understand client needs and preferences.

Key Responsibilities

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Designing and developing complex trading algorithms using Python and internal quantitative libraries.
  • Analyzing large datasets to identify trends and patterns that inform trading decisions.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and implement new features and functionality.
  • Providing timely and accurate market analysis and insights to support trading and sales activities.

To succeed in this role, you will need a strong background in computer programming, particularly in Python, as well as experience working with large datasets and developing sophisticated trading algorithms.
