**About the Role:**

The Senior Quantity Surveyor will play a critical part in managing the financial and contractual aspects of our diverse portfolio of aviation projects. This is an excellent chance for a seasoned quantity surveyor with a proven track record to deliver excellence in a fast-paced environment.

**Responsibilities:**

- Overseeing project budgets, costs, and forecasts across a range of aviation projects

- Administering contracts, ensuring compliance with NEC and other relevant frameworks

- Collaborating with project teams to deliver cost-effective and timely solutions

- Preparing and negotiating final accounts

- Conducting site visits to monitor progress and ensure accurate cost control

- Mentoring and supporting junior members of the team where required

**Requirements:**

- Proven experience as a Senior Quantity Surveyor, ideally within the aviation or civils sector

- Strong understanding of NEC contracts and contract administration

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills

- Ability to work independently while maintaining strong collaboration with the project team

- Commitment to delivering high-quality results within set deadlines
