About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Compensation Expert to join our team in Gloucestershire. As a key member of our global organization, you will be responsible for developing and implementing reward strategies that drive business results.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with senior stakeholders to design and implement compensation programs that align with our ambitious goals. Your expertise will be instrumental in shaping our total rewards strategy, ensuring we remain competitive in the market.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop Salary Structures: Design and implement salary structures that are fair, equitable, and aligned with market benchmarks.
  2. Lead on Job Evaluations: Conduct job evaluations to determine appropriate salary ranges and ensure compliance with company policies.
  3. Analyse Data: Utilize data analytics to provide insights on compensation trends and make recommendations to senior management.
About You

To succeed in this role, you must have a solid background in compensation and benefits administration, developed in a fast-paced environment. Your experience with benchmarking tools and advanced Excel skills is essential. We are open to considering someone full-time or four days a week, with a requirement to be on-site 3 days per week.

The estimated salary for this role is £55,000 - £65,000 depending on experience. This is a unique opportunity to work for a recognized brand with scope for development and growth.
