Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled HR Reporting Analyst to join our team at McGregor Boyall.

The ideal candidate will have experience in driving innovative and ever-evolving dashboards and reports using Microsoft Power BI, and be used to managing and analysing HR-related data to identify actionable insights, trends, and opportunities for improvement.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Developing and maintaining HR databases, systems and reporting tools to ensure the accuracy and secure storage of HR data.
  2. Supporting any migrations of data between SAP ECC6 and SAP SuccessFactors.
  3. Regularly auditing data management practices to promote continuous improvement.
  4. Design and develop suite of MI & reporting information in the relevant prescribed format (SAP SuccessFactors, Power BI, EPI-USE).
  5. Supporting on the management and customisation of cloud-based HR Information System, SAP SuccessFactors.
  6. Collaborating with IT and SME's to troubleshoot technical issues.

Requirements

  1. Advanced experience in HR information systems such as SAP & Success Factors in a reporting role.
  2. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and tell a story with data narrative.
  3. Experience in using data visualisation tools.
  4. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills including Excel Macros and VBA.
  5. Excellent project management, communication, and stakeholder engagement.
