Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and charismatic Poker Dealer to join our team at Grosvenor Casinos. As a Poker Dealer, you will be responsible for dealing a variety of poker games, including Texas Hold'em, and providing an exceptional gaming experience for our customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Deal Poker Games
- Deal a variety of poker games, including Texas Hold'em, in a fair and efficient manner.
- Ensure that all games are dealt in accordance with the rules and regulations of the casino.
- Provide Excellent Customer Service
- Welcome customers warmly and ensure that they have a positive experience at the casino.
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Work with Colleagues
- Collaborate with other dealers and casino staff to ensure a smooth and efficient gaming experience.
- Communicate effectively with colleagues and management to resolve any issues or concerns.
- Maintain a Safe and Secure Environment
- Ensure that the gaming area is clean and well-maintained at all times.
- Report any incidents or concerns to management in a timely manner.
Requirements
- Knowledge and Skills
- Knowledge of poker rules and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Education and Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience as a poker dealer or in a related field preferred.
