Hourly Paid Part Time Lecturer in Computing
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver effective teaching, learning and assessment at undergraduate level across a range of computing programmes within the School of Creative & Digital.
- Teach on a range of courses including BTEC Levels 2 and 3 and L1-L2 IT Users.
- Assist in fostering a rich learning environment by teaching programming, networking, computational thinking and other areas of computing and IT.
- Take responsibility for high levels of attendance and achievement on courses delivered.
Requirements:
- Relevant level 4 qualification in computing.
- Ideal PGCE.
- Strong awareness of contemporary developments within the Computing sector.
- Relevant experience in game development, programming language, theory and application.
Benefits:
- Pay the month following the month in which hours are worked.
- Holiday pay accrued and paid three times per annum.
