Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Policy Advisor to join our Strategy, Policy & Insights team. As a Policy Advisor, you will play a critical role in supporting the development and review of policies that align with our strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Senior Policy Advisor in conducting extensive research and stakeholder engagement to inform policy development.
  • Develop and review policies to ensure they are fit for purpose, understood, and followed by all relevant colleagues.
  • Collaborate with the Senior Policy Advisor to ensure policies meet regulatory and legislative requirements, enhance service delivery, and promote sustainable housing solutions.
  • Work closely with colleagues across the organization to ensure policies are implemented effectively.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in policy development, research, and analysis within the housing sector.
  • Strong understanding of housing legislation, regulations, and best practices.
  • Excellent analytical, writing, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with a wide range of stakeholders.
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
