Job Title: Senior Healthcare Support Worker Diagnostic Imaging Specialist Writer

We are seeking a highly skilled Writer to join our team at Pearson, specializing in the creation of live assessment materials for our Senior Healthcare Support Worker - Diagnostic Imaging Support pathway.

About the Role:

The ideal candidate will have recent relevant experience of the occupation area or sector to at least occupational level 3, gained in the last 5 years, or significant experience of the occupation or sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Write high-quality assessment materials, adhering to our guidelines and specifications.
  • Provide up-to-date sector or subject-specific expertise to inform material production.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure parity of standards and effective content development.
  • Meet deadlines and report back to Pearson within agreed timeframes.

Requirements:

  • Recent relevant experience of the occupation area or sector to at least occupational level 3.
  • Knowledge and understanding of Diagnostic Imaging.
  • Qualified with a relevant qualification/s at or above the level they are assessing.
  • Excellent communication, written, verbal, IT, and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to meet deadlines and work effectively with colleagues.

Additional Requirements:

  • Have personal IT equipment capable of running Pearson required software.
  • Have a suitable broadband connection, microphone, headphones, and a webcam.
  • Have a personal and secure email account.
  • Have the right to work in the UK.
