Occupational Therapist

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join our team in Cornwall and Isles of Scilly. As an Occupational Therapist, you will work with children and young people to help them develop the skills they need to live independently. You will work closely with our clinical teams to provide a holistic approach to therapy, ensuring that our pupils receive the best possible care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement a therapeutic approach to helping pupils in their daily lives
- Undertake individual assessments and interventions
- Prepare relevant documentation, including writing reports
- Provide information and training to staff, commissioners, and other agencies
Requirements:
- Recognised and relevant Occupational Therapist degree
- Registered with the HCPC and RCOT
- Sensory Integration qualification desirable
- Full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle
- Experience working with children and young people
- Experience of working within school environments
