Job Opportunity
Hcml Today is seeking a Clinical Advice Specialist to join our team. As an Occupational Health Expert, you will provide clinical support to the team and contribute to the delivery of health surveillance programmes. The ideal candidate will have a sound understanding of occupational health and relevant legislation, as well as experience in clinical audit and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities
The Clinical Advice Specialist will be responsible for:
- Delivering clinical and occupational advice on cases
- Providing case reviews on clinical conditions and occupational factors
- Coaching and mentoring colleagues
- Ensuring compliance with legal and best practice requirements
- Identifying opportunities for improvement in quality and commercial success

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A sound understanding of occupational health and relevant legislation
- Experience in clinical audit and continuous improvement
- Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- A Diploma or Degree in Occupational Health or equivalent
- NMC Level one registration
- Master's degree level education or extensive relevant experience
