We're looking for a talented individual to join our workforce as a Heating Network Monitoring Coordinator.

Job Description

The post holder will be working for Nottingham City Council's Enviroenergy department. Their responsibilities will include taking meeting minutes, arranging meetings, and ensuring that actions from meetings are followed up on.

This role requires accessing numerous systems to extract data and turning it into readable management information to give a clear picture of where KPIs and other performance metrics are being met.

About You

  • Well-rounded knowledge and experience of MS Office software, especially MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint with ability to troubleshoot these applications.
  • Experience in establishing new systems and processes and looking for opportunities to improve the flow of data.
  • Experience of processing and cleaning data, translating it into a readable format for stakeholders.

Location and Working Hours

The role is based at London Road Heat Station, 12 London Road, Nottingham, NG2 3AB. The working hours are 37 per week.
