Job Description

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Commercial Leader to join our team at Diageo España SA. As an Account Director, you will be responsible for leading the commercial agenda and driving business growth within a designated geographic area.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive business plan to drive sales growth and market share within the assigned territory.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders to drive business results.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and develop strategies to capitalize on them.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform business decisions.
  • Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and performance metrics to ensure business objectives are met.
  • Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities to drive growth and expansion.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of success in a commercial leadership role, with a strong understanding of the beverage alcohol industry.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and develop effective solutions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Strong business acumen, with a deep understanding of the commercial aspects of the business.
