First Contact Chefs, a specialist recruitment agency for the hospitality industry, is seeking an experienced Chef de Partie to join their esteemed kitchen brigade. This role offers an exceptional opportunity to work with seasonal game dishes, locally sourced produce, and a talented team of chefs.
The successful candidate will be responsible for reporting directly to the Head Chef and contributing to the creation of innovative menus. The ideal candidate will have excellent cooking skills, be creative, and passionate about cooking.
The salary for this position is estimated at £30,000 - £38,000 per annum, depending on experience. Benefits include 28 days holiday, supplied chef whites, a share of restaurant tips, contributory pension scheme, and employee awards.
