Experienced Clinical Pharmacist Wanted

We are seeking a skilled Clinical Pharmacist to join our team at Spire Methley Park Hospital. As a Clinical Pharmacist, you will be responsible for providing an exemplary pharmacy service, advising on the safe management of medicines, and promoting a patient-focused approach to healthcare.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert advice and support to consultants, clinicians, and patients on the safe and effective use of medicines.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of medication usage and patient care.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement effective medication management strategies.
  • Stay up-to-date with current legislation, professional standards, and best practices in pharmacy.

Requirements:

  • Registration with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC) with no restrictions or conditions.
  • Master's degree in pharmacy or equivalent at time of qualification.
  • Experience in a hospital pharmacy setting, with a strong understanding of clinical pharmacy principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
