Job Overview

TimePlan Education is seeking an Education Interventionist to join our team at a secondary school in Westminster. The successful candidate will have a strong background in education and experience of working with students who have behavioural and educational needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with teachers and support staff to identify students who require additional support.
  • Develop and implement interventions to address students' social and emotional needs.
  • Provide guidance and support to teachers on behaviour management strategies.
  • Collaborate with the Pastoral and Inclusion Team to provide holistic support to students.

Requirements:

  • Strong background in education.
  • Experience of working with students who have social, emotional, and mental health difficulties.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with individuals and small groups.

Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum.
