Job OverviewWe are seeking an exceptional Lead Stroke Physician to join our team in Acute Medicine at Ninewells Hospital in Dundee. As part of our dynamic and forward-thinking organization, you will contribute to the development and delivery of our Hyper-Acute Stroke Unit, working closely with Interventional Radiology colleagues.
Key Responsibilities- Provide expert clinical leadership in Stroke Medicine, driving excellence in patient care and outcomes
- Contribute to the design and implementation of rehabilitation pathways, improving patient experiences and health outcomes
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and deliver cutting-edge stroke services

RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you will require:
- MRCP certification and specialist registration in Stroke Medicine and General Medicine or equivalent
- Proven experience in leadership and management, with a track record of delivering high-quality services
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders
In return, we offer a competitive salary package, including an estimated £84,000 - £110,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits and opportunities for professional growth and development.
