We are currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented professional to join our team at Infor in the EMEA Billing Department.

The EMEA Billing team is responsible for issuing invoices to our customers across various countries and currencies.

You will work closely with our Shared Service Centre in India to audit invoices and ensure their accuracy, as well as maintain customer data and apply VAT determinations correctly.

In addition, you will collaborate with our internal business units, including Sales, Order Entry, Revenue Accounting, and Collections teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process and dispatch invoices accurately and on time.
  • Audit and format invoices for electronic dispatch to customers.
  • Address and resolve billing inquiries and disputes from internal customers.
  • Maintain strong relationships with key clients and prioritize customer satisfaction.
  • Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment.
  • Assist with billing KPI reports, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
  • Participate in projects related to billing process improvements and system upgrades.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
  • Knowledge of tax treatment and VAT determinations is a plus.
