Job Title: Nurse Practitioner

Job Summary:

NHS Professionals is seeking a skilled Nurse Practitioner to join our team. As a Nurse Practitioner, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and working collaboratively with our healthcare team to deliver exceptional patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess patient conditions and develop effective care plans
  • Monitor patient symptoms and vital signs, and arrange diagnostic tests as needed
  • Display excellent analytical ability and sound decision-making in changing clinical situations
  • Work effectively as a team member and promote team and interdisciplinary relationships

Requirements:

  • Statement of NMC Registration
  • Degree/Diploma in Nursing
  • Successful completion of preceptorship
  • Good range knowledge/appreciation of a range of models of practice in social and health care, including experience of delivering CBT-based interventions
  • Minimum of 6 months Acute HCSW UK (Private, NHS or Armed Forces) hospital/hospice experience within the last 2 years
  • OR Currently studying General/Adult Nursing (Student Nurse) and completed a minimum of 12 weeks clinical placements
