Job Title: Motor Fraud

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Motor Fraud Specialist. This role involves undertaking delegated actions in case strategies to achieve the best possible outcome in cases.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Undertake delegated actions in case strategies to achieve the best possible outcome in cases
  • Carry out individual file handling tasks on cases for and in support of the File Handlers
  • Assist in procedural drafting and compliance, investigations, and evidential reviews
  • Ensure timely and accurate maintenance of all Case Management Systems from opening to closure
  • Adhere to file management policies and ensure compliance with the SRA Standards & Regulations
Requirements:
  • Established interest in law either through further education or experience within a process-driven legal environment
  • Experience of drafting court documents and understanding of processes
  • Good telephone and communication skills with people at all levels inside and outside the business
  • Ability to organize and prioritize tasks using initiative
  • Calculated under pressure with the ability to re-prioritize and delegate effectively when required
  • Ability to analyze evidence and good literacy and IT skills
  • Good team worker with the flexibility to do what is required to get a result and ensure client service levels are met
Working Hours:

35 hours per week, Monday - Friday 9am - 5.00pm with 1 unpaid hour for lunch.

Primary location for this role is Parklands, Bolton office. We are agile workers.
