**Job Overview**

Metro Rod North Midlands is seeking a skilled Drainage Maintenance Specialist to join their team. This role involves providing exceptional service and technical expertise to commercial and domestic customers.

The successful candidate will have experience in drainage, high-pressure water jetting, and CCTV surveys. They will also possess a positive attitude, flexibility, and a willingness to work occasional unsociable hours.

**Key Responsibilities**

  1. To carry out a range of services associated with tankers, cleaning, clearance, repair, and maintenance of customer's drains
  2. To deliver an exceptional standard of customer service and technical expertise
  3. To ensure work is conducted in accordance with H&S and Quality Assurance procedures
  4. To maintain company service vehicles and equipment to the highest standards
  5. Accurately record work/job details via bespoke internal/client systems and applications
  6. Communicate effectively with clients and Metro Rod Support Centre colleagues

**What We Look For**

  • Experience in drainage essential
  • High pressure water jetting experience
  • CSCS
  • Have experience with CCTV Surveys and Lining an advantage
  • Will have a positive, flexible, can-do attitude
  • Want to be part of an exciting, growing, and progressive business
  • Be willing to work occasional/unsociable hours
  • Hold a full UK driving licence
