We are an NHSE Primary Group consisting of 13 partners, a strong team of ANPs, Practice Pharmacist, Practice Nurses, and Admin teams. Our staff work across sites, and we strive to provide a friendly, flexible, and supportive working environment.
We are an approved teaching and training practice, offering various teaching opportunities from Year 3 HYMS to Registrar and FY2. We value team working, professionalism, and continuous learning and development.
Person Specification- Educated to degree level in healthcare or business
- Leadership and/or Management Qualification
- Excellent leadership, communication, and personal skills
- Business Management or equivalent, Masters preferred
- Prior knowledge of healthcare finance, although training can be provided
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced healthcare environment
- Use of Systmone and Pharmoutcomes would be advantageous
- Experience in working with the general public and/or healthcare setting
- Experience in managing accounting procedures
- Experience/Knowledge of budget and cash flow
- Experience in managing multidisciplinary teams
- Experience in performance management, including annual reviews, staff development, and disciplinary procedures
- Experience in successfully developing and implementing projects
- Experience in workforce planning, forecasting, and development
- Experience/knowledge of chairing meetings, including producing agendas and minutes accurately
- Prior experience of working in primary care or GP practice
- Relevant health and safety experience
- HR experience
