Role OverviewWe're seeking an exceptional Data & Infrastructure Engineer to join our Product and Engineering team. This role bridges DevOps and Data Engineering, offering a unique blend of technical expertise and strategic thinking.
This is a hybrid position that requires hands-on experience with cloud infrastructure, data processing, and backend development. As a senior engineer, you'll have the opportunity to shape the execution, own the project, make informed decisions, and learn alongside a talented and dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities- Bridge the backend development and data science/analytics teams by providing technical guidance and expertise.
- Design, develop, and maintain efficient data pipelines to process and analyze large datasets.
- Bring model prototypes into production, collaborating with data scientists and engineers to ensure seamless integration.
- Maintain and renovate cloud infrastructure, focusing on scalability, security, and performance.
- Integrate backend web services with databases/data warehouses, ensuring smooth data flow and optimal performance.
- Develop and manage data processing infrastructure, leveraging tools like GCP, Terraform, and Kubernetes.
