Job Title: Senior Information Security Manager

At Digital Waffle, we are seeking a highly experienced Senior Information Security Manager to lead our security compliance efforts. This key role will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining our organisation's Information Security Management System (ISMS) across the globe. You will ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and standards related to information security.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement the ISMS framework, including security policies and procedures globally.
  • Ensure compliance with ISO 27001, as well as other relevant standards and certifications like PCI, GDPR, and Cyber Essentials.
  • Coordinate internal and external security audits across global operations.
  • Standardise security practices worldwide, documenting exceptions as necessary.

We are looking for an individual with extensive experience in information security management, preferably within industries such as SaaS, technology, or telecommunications. A strong background in leading internal compliance assessments and managing external audits is essential. In addition, you should have excellent communication skills to convey complex concepts clearly to senior leadership.


Estimated Salary: £65k + Bonus
