About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Junior Internal Auditor to join our team at Luxfer Holdings PLC. As a key member of the Internal Audit team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and reliability of our financial records and identifying areas for process improvement.

Job Description

The Junior Internal Auditor will assist in the development of the internal audit plan, evaluate financial information systems, and identify areas for improvement. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or part-qualified professional accountant/auditor to gain experience in finance and audit.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the review and analysis of business unit processes, evaluating financial information systems, management procedures, and internal controls.
  • Identify and assess risks associated with business operations and develop strategies to mitigate these risks.
  • Prepare and present clear and concise audit reports to stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field (Accountancy/finance).
  • Part-qualified professional accountancy/audit qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CIA) preferred but not essential.
  • Strong computer/IT skills, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and TEAMS.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
