Key Responsibilities:

  2. Payroll Operations: Oversee the entire payroll function, including processing, reconciliations, and reporting. Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  3. System Implementation: Assist in the implementation of new payroll systems, ensuring a smooth transition and minimal disruption to business operations.
  4. Reporting and Analytics: Produce regular reports and analytics to provide insights into payroll operations, identifying areas for improvement and opportunities for cost savings.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in payroll management, with a proven track record of success in leading teams and implementing new systems.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as accounting, finance, or business administration.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and management skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions.
