Key Responsibilities:
- Team Management: Lead and manage a team of payroll professionals, providing guidance, support, and development opportunities to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles.
- Payroll Operations: Oversee the entire payroll function, including processing, reconciliations, and reporting. Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- System Implementation: Assist in the implementation of new payroll systems, ensuring a smooth transition and minimal disruption to business operations.
- Reporting and Analytics: Produce regular reports and analytics to provide insights into payroll operations, identifying areas for improvement and opportunities for cost savings.
- Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards, identifying and mitigating potential risks to the organization.
- Communication and Collaboration: Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including HR, Finance, and Management, to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in payroll management, with a proven track record of success in leading teams and implementing new systems.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as accounting, finance, or business administration.
- Skills: Strong leadership and management skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions.
