Service Advisor Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our team at Perfect Placement. As a Service Advisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers receive exceptional service and support for their vehicle maintenance needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Communicate effectively with customers to understand their service and repair requirements
  • Produce accurate job cards and update customer and vehicle records
  • Prepare and complete invoices for services rendered
  • Advise customers on estimated costs and timescales for repairs
  • Perform other ad-hoc duties as required
Requirements:
  • Previous experience as a Service Advisor or in a similar role
  • Ability to upsell on service work and service plans
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Familiarity with motor dealership database software
What We Offer:

A competitive salary of up to £26,750 with an OTE of circa £30,000, plus a generous performance-related bonus scheme. Monday to Friday working hours, with shifts completed between 7:00am and 6:00pm. Our client is an automotive franchised approved car dealership, seeking a high-performing Service Advisor to join their busy Service Department in the Pontypridd area.
