About the Role

As a Bar Team Member at Bourton Hall LTD, you will be part of a dynamic team that provides exceptional service to our guests. We are seeking a friendly and efficient individual to join our team, assisting with all aspects of bar and drinks service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the Bar Supervisor/Managers with duties as required
  • Deliver bar and drinks service in a timely and efficient manner
  • Promote the excellent service provided at our venues
  • Deal with customers in an efficient and friendly manner
  • Participate in all preparation, cleaning down, and bar duties
  • Ensure all areas are left clean and tidy after an event
  • Have knowledge of the venue and group venues
  • Ensure the smooth running of each service and any events, maintaining high standards and acting as an ambassador for Bourton Hall LTD
  • Carry out any other duties as required by the FOH Managers, General Manager/Venue Manager
  • Ensure the safety of the building and the people in it, with full awareness of health and safety procedures and operating in accordance with the employer's health and safety policy
Requirements
  • Over 18's only due to alcohol service
  • Transport required due to the location of the venue
  • Experience not essential, but desirable
  • Full training will be provided, including Allergen, Health & Safety, and Food Hygiene Training
