Job Overview

Oxford Health NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a skilled District Nursing Team Leader to join our innovative and dedicated team. As a key member of our district nursing service, you will be responsible for leading a team of registered nurses in delivering high-quality patient care in the community.

Main Duties

As a District Nursing Team Leader, you will:

  • Lead a team of registered nurses in delivering patient care in the community
  • Develop and implement care plans in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
  • Provide clinical leadership and guidance to team members
  • Contribute to the development of district nursing services and policies

Person Specification

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC)
  • Experience of clinical leadership and management

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
