Care Team Supervisor Job Summary

Olive Recruit is seeking a dedicated Care Team Supervisor to join our residential service supporting young people aged 8-18 with learning disabilities and associated challenging behaviors. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading a team and ensuring the highest standards of care while fostering a nurturing and structured environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a team, motivating staff to build meaningful relationships with young people.
  • Helping them overcome obstacles and celebrate achievements.
  • Ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.
  • Coordinating daily routines and engaging in activities that promote the well-being of each individual.

Requirements

  • A Level 3 Diploma in Children and Young People.
  • Proven experience working with children and young people in a care setting.
  • Strong motivational and staff development skills.
  • Excellent teamwork and the ability to work independently.
  • Strong communication skills, being articulate and flexible.

  • An estimated salary of £32,000 - £38,000 per annum.
