About the Position:

We offer a competitive salary range of £80,000 - £110,000 per annum, based on experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package.

This position requires a Higher National Certificate in Engineering (Electrical) or equivalent qualification, along with relevant industry experience and IOSH certification.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leading the design process from concept to completion, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
  • Developing and implementing training plans to enhance the skills and knowledge of the Design team.
  • Maintaining relationships with Independent Connection Providers, Distribution Network Operators, and other stakeholders.
  • Assisting with complex network demand calculations and design Points of Connection.
