Global Head of Retail Design Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Global Head of Retail Design to join our team at Salt. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our retail design strategy across the globe.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive retail design strategy that aligns with our business objectives and brand vision.
  • Lead the design and development of our flagship stores, setting the standard for our retail environment and customer journey.
  • Conduct research to stay ahead of industry trends and new materials, ensuring our business remains competitive and innovative.
  • Collaborate with regional teams to create captivating product displays and drive sales and revenue growth.
  • Understand customer buyer behavior and share insights to inform our brand strategy.

Requirements:

  • Strong luxury experience, with a minimum of 10 years' experience in multiple global stores.
  • Excellent creativity in construction and visual marketing, with a background in architecture or interior design.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suites, including Illustrator and AutoCAD.
  • Previous line management experience and excellent collaboration skills to work with our sales, merchandising, and creative services teams.
