About the Role

This position requires a skilled Assets Manager to lead the Assets & Estates Category team in developing and managing the sourcing strategy and contracting process. You will work closely with Operational stakeholders to develop and manage the team's transformation plan.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Timely production of compliant sourcing plans and contract awards
  • Ongoing supplier performance and risk management
  • Development of market analysis and multi-year category plans
  • Use and promotion of procurement data analytics and MI
  • Proactive and reliable stakeholder engagement
  • Ensuring that actions and issues are dealt with promptly and meet the function's performance targets

The successful candidate will have a strong background in procurement, category and contract management, with demonstrable experience in an Assets & Estates Services category (FM, Facilities).

The estimated salary for this role is £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
