We are seeking a skilled Packing Operative to join our team at IAP Recruitment Ltd. in a manufacturing site in Staffordshire.

This is a full-time role on an ongoing temp to perm basis after a 12-week qualifying period, working a four-day week from Monday to Thursday with every Friday and Saturday and Sunday off.

You will need your own transport or live locally to Hixon. Full training will be provided on all jobs, and no experience is required. Immediate start dates are available.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Packing low-weight products to ensure they are ready for delivery.
  • Working within a team to meet production deadlines.
  • Complying with health and safety regulations.

Working Hours:

  • Monday to Thursday: 7:30am to 5:00pm (36 hours per week).
  • Pay rate: £ weekly pay.
