The successful candidate will be responsible for driving the trading performance of our website, working closely with the Marketing, Merchandising, Customer Service, and IT teams to identify opportunities to increase transactions and revenue through improvements to conversion rate and average order value.
Key Responsibilities- Own the trading performance of the website, working with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for growth.
- Implement marketing campaigns and commercial initiatives online, ensuring consistency and effectiveness across paid and owned channels.
- Work with the Commercial Director, Marketing Team, and Digital Agency to drive profitable new customer acquisition through Digital Marketing and SEO activity.
- Collaborate with the Digital Product Owner to support the identification, prioritization, and refinement of technical development tasks required to support commercial plans for a growing category.
We are looking for an experienced Ecommerce Manager with a commercial flair and a deep understanding of customer behavior and needs. You will have experience in Ecommerce trading, with a proven track record of driving growth and improving conversion rates. You will also have a strong understanding of Digital Marketing channels, including PPC, SEO, Display, and Shopping, and how to manage and mix them for profitable growth.
As an analytical individual, you will be able to use and manipulate data to identify trends, provide insights, and translate them into plans and actions to achieve business objectives. If you are a motivated and results-driven individual with a passion for Ecommerce and Digital Marketing, we would love to hear from you.
